I know what you’re thinking. You’re asking, ‘what’s up with the special editions?’ Well, although I love sharing the things I’ve read in the last week that have influenced me in some way, there are times that I get excited about things that are going to be written over the next week. Stories that will make a huge impact in other people’s lives, not just my own.
Today is one of those days, so therefore, that’s the reason for this special edition: Making a difference in the lives of over 400 Compassion Children, in Uganda.
Compassion International has invited some great people along for a trip through Uganda, people who many of you will recognize, and they are going to be blogging about it as much as possible over the next week. Their goal: to connect 400 sponsors to 400 children awaiting sponsors.
As a Compassion Advocate and child sponsor, I believe in Compassion International. I believe in what they do, how they do it, and who they do it for. Please consider following follower this journey by clicking on the banner below.
Why don’t you follow along to see the difference that child sponsorship can make in the life of a child, as well as their family many times. Over the next week I hope to share my story of sponsorship with you, but for now, please click on over to Compassion Bloggers to stay up on the trip to Uganda.
Or, consider joining me in sponsoring a child in Uganda.
